Elena Ioanna Charalambous is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Compliance Team Lead at Soft2Bet, a position held since March 2021, after progressing through roles such as Compliance Manager and Responsible Gaming Manager. Prior to this, Elena gained valuable experience as a Responsible Gaming Officer at Dial Marketing Services and held sales and operational positions at Kpax Marketing Online Ltd and ICESERVE24™.
