Maryna A.

Maryna A. has over five years of experience in the Human Resources field. Maryna has held three positions, beginning with Human Resources Specialist at Mostra Group from 2016 to 2017. During their time there, they managed HR records for four legal entities with a staff of more than 2000 people. Maryna then moved to IDC Group in 2017 as an HR Manager, where they were responsible for the full cycle recruiting process in IT and conducting interviews. Most recently, they have been Head of HR at Softacom since 2021. In this role, they are responsible for developing and implementing HR processes, automating and optimizing HR processes, and developing and implementing tools and software.

Maryna A. obtained a Bachelor of International Law from International University MITSO in 2015. Maryna also holds an IT-Recruiting certification from the Shkola Shchirikinoj, which was obtained in September 2020.
