Mary Allison Yourchisin serves as the CEO of SOFtact Solutions, LLC since August 2017 and has held multiple leadership positions within the AFCEA International, including Director at Large since June 2020 and Board Member for both the Tampa Bay and Fayetteville Chapters since January 2010. As a member of the National Defense Industrial Association since November 2006, Mary has also served as President of the NDIA Tampa Bay Chapter. Involvement with Women In Defense began in March 2013 as a Board member, and Mary is a Corporate Small Business Partner and Lifetime Member of the Global SOF Foundation. Previous roles include Senior Business Consultant (formerly VP of Business Development) at AC4S and a focus on Business Development and Sales for Intelligent Decisions, both targeting the Special Operations community. Education includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from UNC Charlotte Belk College of Business and initial studies at the University of South Carolina.
