Rotimi George

Rotimi George is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as the Company Secretary and Legal Advisor at Soft Alliance since September 2020, where responsibilities include managing legal and compliance matters, international commercial transactions, partnerships, and intellectual property. Previously, Rotimi held the position of Legal Counsel, focusing on contracts, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance. Experience also includes a role as an Associate at Law Allianz, providing advisory services on commercial transactions in emerging sectors such as gaming and telecommunications. Earlier tenure includes serving as NYSC Counsel at the Lagos State Ministry of Justice, legal externships, and internships at various legal firms.
