Charles Harman

Charles Harman has extensive experience in the technology sales sector, currently serving as Strategic Client Director at Softcat plc since October 2006. In this role, Charles has progressed through several key positions, including Sales Manager for Ireland and Account Director, where significant contributions included expanding the Glasgow office from 6 to 52 employees and ensuring exceptional customer service standards. As part of Softcat's Capital Team, Charles was instrumental in generating over £20 million in revenue during the 2010/11 period. Prior to joining Softcat, Charles worked as a Senior Customer Service Agent at British Airways from July 2001 to July 2006. Charles holds a degree in Leisure and Tourism Business Studies from Amersham and Wycombe College and has additional training from CPCC.
