Jamie Colacicco

Jamie Colacicco currently serves as the Process Improvement Lead at Softcat plc since July 2023. Prior experience includes a 24-year tenure at the Royal Air Force, culminating as a Senior Continuous Improvement Consultant tasked with fostering a continuous improvement culture within a large organization. Previous roles at the RAF included Contract Monitoring Manager, overseeing a £26 million logistics contract; Quality Assurance Lead, managing a team of auditors in a safety-critical context; Supply Chain Manager, leading global logistics efforts; Logistics Trainer, mentoring new recruits; Supply Chain Analyst; and Expeditionary Logistics Specialist, responsible for establishing operational refueling sites. Jamie Colacicco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Management from the University of Lincoln and additional education from The Open University.
