Jez Bahia

Jez Bahia is an accomplished professional with extensive experience at Softcat plc since January 2013, currently serving as Client Director and Sales Manager, overseeing performance and employee satisfaction within the Birmingham Office. Jez has contributed to regional strategy implementation and has held various roles, including Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader, focusing on team growth, recruitment, mentoring, and driving initiatives. Prior to Softcat, Jez founded and managed Sound Revolution Ltd, an events and promotions company. Jez holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Management from The University of Manchester, completed in 2012, and attended Leeds Grammar School from 1999 to 2009.
