Alysha Dossa

Alysha Dossa currently serves as a Microsoft Solutions Specialist for the US Public Sector at Softchoice, having progressed through various roles in the organization since November 2022. Prior experience includes serving as the Anti-Oppressive Planning Coordinator at The Bike Brigade, where responsibility involved organizing safe spaces and developing training for over 1500 volunteers. Previous roles also include Law Clerk/Junior Account Manager at POINTTS™, where Alysha improved client retention and productivity through the creation of new administrative workflows and managed traffic violation defense for a high volume of clients. Earlier experiences include practicum positions at Juravinski Hospital and the Children's Aid Society of Hamilton, focusing on patient care and child maltreatment respectively. Alysha's educational background includes pursuing a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, alongside degrees in Social Work and Political Science from McMaster University.
