Erik Jensen

Erik Jensen has over eight years of experience in human resources and recruitment, currently serving as a Supervisor in HR Technology & Operations at Softchoice since November 2019. In this role, Erik drives solutions using SAP SuccessFactors for recruitment and onboarding, manages projects for technology enhancements, and serves as a technical contact for integration with internal and third-party systems. Prior to this position, Erik worked as a Talent Advisor, focusing on full-cycle recruitment, diversity engagement, and corporate recruitment programs. Erik's previous experience includes roles as a Professional Recruiter and Life Science Recruiter at Apex Systems, and a Recruitment Coordinator at Best Buy Canada, where Erik developed skills in candidate sourcing and recruitment processes. Erik holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Laurentian University and an Advanced Ontario College Diploma in Human Resources from St. Lawrence College.
