Heather Ivess has extensive experience in vendor engagement and account management, currently serving as the Vendor Engagement Manager for Dell at Softchoice since March 2015, after holding the position of Enterprise Account Manager. Prior to this role, Heather worked at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®) from April 2011 to February 2015 as a Front Desk and Guest Services Agent. Heather holds a Bachelor of Community Design in Architecture and Planning from Dalhousie University, completed in 2012, and also pursued further education at Athabasca University between 2014 and 2015.
