Jackie Laroche

Jackie Laroche is a seasoned professional in organizational change management, currently serving as a Senior Organizational Change Manager at Softchoice since January 2024. As the Founder and Host of Color of Change, established in May 2020, Jackie fosters ongoing dialogues on racial inequality, stemming from a moment of solidarity for George Floyd. Prior experience includes roles at UKG, where Jackie contributed as a Principal Change Management Consultant and Senior Change Management Analyst, as well as leading the BUILD ERG to support Black employees in leadership development. Other notable positions include User Adoption Specialist at Ultimate Software and Training Developer at The GEO Group, Inc. Jackie holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Florida International University.
