Kat Ball

Kat Ball is an experienced professional in talent management and employee experience, currently serving as a Senior Talent Management Programs Advisor at Softchoice since November 2023. Previously, Kat held positions as a Talent Management Programs Advisor and Consultant for Apotex Inc., where responsibilities included managing employee listening programs and collaborating with global HR teams. While at KPMG, Kat led the Global People Survey, enhancing the employee experience for over 220,000 employees across multiple countries.
