Lou Heil has extensive experience in the IT solutions industry, currently serving as a Cisco Client Relationship Manager at Softchoice since November 2014. Lou held various roles at Softchoice, including Cisco Software Specialist, Cisco Presales Architect, and Territory Account Manager. Prior to Softchoice, Lou worked at Cisco Systems as a Partner Relations Manager and Operations Analyst, and gained experience in web marketing and operations at AcuMedSoft. Earlier in the career, Lou completed an internship as an Investment Analyst at CB Richard Ellis. Lou holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with an English minor from Western Washington University, awarded in 2009.
