Maria Odoardi

As Chief of Staff and Senior Vice President, Organizational Effectiveness, Maria supports our organization and leaders to deliver on our strategic priorities and continue developing a strong, collaborative, and high-performing culture.

Previously, Maria was Senior Vice President, Business Transformation, where she led a team of Softchoice experts and external consultants dedicated to refining and modernizing the company’s business processes and the application of technology.

Maria started her career at Softchoice in the finance department in 1995 and progressed through a variety of increasingly senior assignments across several areas of the business, where her roles included Director, Financial Administration; Director, Operations; Vice President, People; and Vice President, Operations.

Maria has a Bachelor of Sociology from the University of Toronto, continued education in Accounting and Human Resource Management, and facilitator certifications in several learning and development programs.
