Mark Stier is a seasoned professional with a background in customer operations and purchasing management, most recently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at Softchoice from 2018 to 2020. With a strong emphasis on championing employee experience and diversity, Mark excelled in enhancing customer commitments and streamlining operational metrics to improve service delivery.
