Ryan Pagell

Ryan Pagell is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Advisor and Team Lead at Softchoice since February 2023, Ryan's expertise includes employee relations, talent development, compliance, training, and payroll. Prior to this role, Ryan was a Human Resources Generalist at Curaleaf, where responsibilities included supporting over 750 employees across multiple locations in Illinois. Additional experience encompasses management roles in inventory and operations at Greenhouse Group, LLC, as well as customer service and sales positions at Vape All Day, Inc. and Dairy Queen.
