Wesley Smythe

Wesley Smythe is a skilled professional with a diverse background in business development and account management. Currently serving as a Lead Generation Representative for Microsoft at Softchoice since January 2022, Wesley previously held the position of Business Development Representative for IBM. Prior experience includes managing a client base of over 200 Xerox accounts at Hub Technology Group Inc., where a broad range of technology solutions were provided. From June 2016 to September 2020, Wesley worked as a Sailing Instructor at the Lake of Bays Sailing Club, coaching both local and regional racing in Ontario and holding CANSail 1-4 certification. Additional experience includes a brief role in general resources at Elections Ontario, focusing on recruitment, finance, and logistics. Wesley attained a Bachelor's degree with a specialization in Geography from Western University in 2020, following secondary education at Northern Secondary School.
