Hovhannes Tmoyan served as the Head of the Legal Department at SoftConstruct from 2022 to 2025 and previously held the same title at Fast Credit Capital UCO CJSC from 2015 to 2021, and at Fast Bank from 2022 to 2025. Hovhannes studied at the Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia from 2014 to 2016.
