Lindsey Haithcock started their work experience in 2013 as the Assistant Director of Admission Operations at Lenoir-Rhyne University, and held this role until 2023. In January 2023, they joined Softdocs as a Project Manager, a position they currently hold.

Lindsey Haithcock completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Religion from Southern Wesleyan University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Lenoir-Rhyne University, attending from 2010 to 2013.
