Terri McKinney

Terri McKinney has a diverse work experience that spans several companies. Terri began their career at CGI in 1997, where they held various roles including Manager and Training Manager. At CGI, they developed comprehensive training programs for offshore teams and traveled to Bangalore, India to deliver training on insurance policy and claims administration systems.

In 2014, Terri joined Majesco as a Business Consultant, providing onsite client support for a Property and Casualty Insurance Company. Their responsibilities included documenting system requirements, developing test scenarios, and offering business support throughout the project lifecycle.

In 2015, Terri moved on to 1insurer as a Senior Business Consultant. Terri provided client support, including system configuration, requirements gathering/documentation, and production support analysis for a global insurance provider. Terri also developed business documentation for a Claims solution.
