Heidy Graterol is an experienced human resources professional with a background in talent acquisition and management. Currently serving on the Comite de Gestión Humana at CAVEDATOS since June 2023, Heidy has also held the position of Gerente de Gestión Humana at Softech Consultores since November 2021. Heidy Graterol holds a degree in Sociology from Universidad Central de Venezuela, earned between 1993 and 2000.
