Sandesh Deshmukh

Sandesh Deshmukh is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a focus on IT recruitment, currently serving as Team Lead - Talent Acquisition at Softenger since May 2020. In this role, Sandesh drives comprehensive hiring strategies across various sectors, including Telecom, BFSI, Healthcare, Networking, AI, and Data Science, leveraging strong expertise in IT Service Delivery and Project Management.
