Nina Sharaievska

Nina Sharaievska has held various roles throughout their work experience. Nina started their career in 2004 as a Project Manager at Softline JSC, where they stayed until 2011. During their time at Softline, they also served as an Account Director for a year. In 2012, they joined JSC Iqusion as a Business Development Director in the eHealth and Healthcare sector, a position they held until 2015. From 2015 onwards, they worked at Softengi - Inspired Software Engineering, initially as the Business Development Director for Environmental Health & Safety. Currently, they are the Head of North American Delivery at Softengi, where they focus on creating an environment for highly-performing teams and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Nina Sharaievska's education history begins with their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 1997 to 2000. Nina further pursued their education at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Computer Sciences from 2000 to 2002.

Later, in 2012 to 2014, Nina attended the International Management Institute in Ukraine, Kiev, where they earned a Master of Business Administration degree without specifying a specific field of study.

In terms of additional certifications, Nina became a Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) from the Ukrainian Project Management Association in June 2004.
