Karl Heagle

Director Of Customer Support at Softengine Inc.

Karl Heagle began their work experience as a Treasurer at The New Denver Civic Theatre in June 2003 and held the position until February 2008. Karl then joined Support One, Inc. in February 2008 as a Client Services Manager, where they managed implementation and consulting services for SAP Business One. Karl worked at Support One, Inc. until October 2016. In 2016, they joined KJH Services, LLC as a Senior Consultant and continues to work there. Karl's most recent role is as a Director of Customer Support at Softengine, starting in February 2022. Prior to this, they held the positions of Technical Support Manager and Technical Support Engineer at Softengine, from March 2020 to February 2022, and from July 2019 to March 2020, respectively.

Karl Heagle attended the Colorado School of Mines from 1992 to 1998, where they studied Geophysical Engineering. Karl obtained a certification as a SAP Certified Application Associate in SAP Business One Release 9.3 from SAP SE in November 2019. No further educational information is provided.
