Edwin Lemus

Edwin Lemus is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Chief People Officer at Softeq since May 2023. Prior to this role, Edwin was the Head of People Experience at Alert Logic, overseeing all aspects of the People Experience organization with a focus on talent attraction, engagement, development, and retention from August 2019 to April 2023. Edwin also worked as an Independent HR Consultant and held multiple HR positions at Aspen Technology, including Director of Human Resources, where strategic support for the Americas region was provided. Earlier roles include HR positions at AMERIFORGE GROUP INC, First Health, Avnet, and UPS. Edwin holds a BA in Political Science and Management and an MBA, both from the University of Houston.
