Diyar Karim

Diyar Karim is a seasoned web development manager with extensive experience in software engineering and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Web Development Manager at SofterWare, Inc., Diyar oversees a team of frontend developers and UX designers, promoting a culture of continuous learning. Prior to this, Diyar held roles at Nuvalence as a Software Engineer II, where Diyar contributed to the creation of a shared component library and led the development of its Angular version. Diyar's expertise also includes successfully co-leading a digital transformation project at Members 1st Federal Credit Union, where process efficiency was significantly improved. Diyar's earlier experience encompasses application development and formulation sciences, underpinned by a Master’s degree in Information Systems from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Pittsburgh.
