Jeff Pagano is currently the Quality Assurance Manager at SofterWare, Inc. Prior to their current position, Jeff Pagano was a QA Analyst/Team Lead at Petersons - A Nelnet Company from March 2002 to September 2012. Jeff's responsibilities at Petersons included leading a team of 3 QA analysts, building automated scripts utilizing Selenium applications, testing API's for mobile applications, and authoring test cases, test plans, requirements gathering, defect logging and reporting.
