Michael Carboni

Michael Carboni has extensive experience in client onboarding and software implementation, currently serving as a Senior Onboarding Coordinator at DonorPerfect and an Implementation Coordinator at SofterWare, Inc. since May 2007. Michael specializes in coordinating client transitions to DonorPerfect Online and managing the setup of both installed and cloud-based software solutions. Previous roles include building donation and event registration forms as a WebLink Implementation Specialist and providing user support as a Support Representative. Prior to joining SofterWare, Michael worked as an IT professional at XOD LLC and as an MIS Administrator at The IMC Group. Michael's educational background includes studies at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania from 1992 to 1993.
