Ana Pires has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Ana started their career as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative at Johnson & Johnson, where they worked directly with healthcare professionals and successfully marketed and sold pharmaceutical products. Ana then transitioned to working as a Personal Banker at Commercial Federal Bank, where they focused on compliance and providing excellent customer service. Following this, Ana worked as a Marketing professional at Valmont Industries, where they developed partnerships and implemented marketing strategies for the company's irrigation products in European countries. Ana then moved on to Western Union Financial Services, where they served as an Account Manager and Business Development professional, managing a portfolio of accounts and closing contracts with banking, retail, and other sectors. Ana's experience in sales and business development continued at Brink's, where they worked as a Sales Manager, developing bill payment products and training the sales force. In 2013, Ana joined SOFTEX and held several roles such as Head of International Partnerships, Program Manager, and Project and Operations Manager, where they focused on developing the IT sector, organizing programs, and fostering partnerships with various countries. Throughout their career, Ana has demonstrated expertise in international partnerships, program management, marketing, sales, and business development.

Ana Pires's education history begins in 1990 when they enrolled at University Federal. Ana pursued a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and completed their studies in 1994. In the following years, Ana Pires pursued various Master's degrees. From 1998 to 1999, they attended University Federal and obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources. In 1999, they continued their studies at University Federal and completed a Master's degree in Marketing.

In 2002, Ana Pires enrolled at Bellevue University, where they pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration. Ana completed their studies in 2004. Ten years later, in 2012, they attended Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa for a specialization in SOL - Strategy, Operations, and Leadership, focusing on Business Administration and Management.

In 2020, Ana Pires furthered their education by attending the I2A2 - Institute of Applied Artificial Intelligence. Here, they completed a specialization in Artificial Intelligence for Business. Currently, they are pursuing their highest level of education at ISCTE Business School, where they are working towards a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in International Marketing. This program began in 2022 and is expected to be completed in 2026.
