Mateusz Hublewski

Mateusz Hublewski has extensive experience in product management and development. Mateusz is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at softgarden, where they are responsible for product strategy and team management. Prior to this, they worked at Grupa Pracuj as a Product Development Advisor to the Management Board and later as the Head of dryg.pl, where they achieved significant market growth and managed various business functions. Mateusz also held positions at eRecruitment Solutions, Allegro, home.pl, and SuperHost.pl, gaining experience in strategic planning, digital transformation, and product development.

Mateusz Hublewski holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in Management from Kozminski University, which they obtained between 2014 and 2017. Mateusz also holds another Bachelor's degree in Management from the Gdańsk University of Technology, which they obtained between 2009 and 2012. In addition, they have completed several certifications in various areas, including strategy alignment, digital transformation, negotiations, and project management.
