Saida Jafarova

Saida Jafarova is an experienced professional in the Atlassian ecosystem, currently serving as a Technical Team Lead at Softgile since January 2025, focusing on project delivery and client support. Prior to this role, Jafarova was the Atlassian Team Lead at Zeal Group from August 2022 to January 2025, where responsibilities included process transformation, incident management implementation, and leading migrations. Jafarova also worked as an Atlassian Solutions Architect at Toolstrek, contributing to the architecture and solution development for various clients, and held roles at Softgile and Kapital Bank OJSC in implementations and administration of Atlassian products. Jafarova holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Baku State University and a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from Azerbaijan State Oil Academy.
