Crispin Ferreira

Crispin Ferreira is a Senior Information Technology Infrastructure Analyst at Softheon since February 2022, bringing extensive experience in IT infrastructure and support. Prior to this role, Crispin served as an IT Technical Engineer at Mount Sinai Health System from December 2016 to February 2022. Crispin's career began at Jamaica Hospital, where services were provided as an Information Technology System Administrator and Epic Client Systems Manager from July 2001 to December 2016. Expertise includes support for Windows Server Infrastructure, with a special focus on Epic Windows Systems, as well as administration of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (XenApp/XenDesktop) and Citrix NetScaler.
