Gary Kral

Gary Kral currently serves as the Director of Internal Audit at Softheon, overseeing the establishment of the internal audit function since October 2023. Previously, Kral held significant roles in internal audit leadership at CURO Financial Technologies Corp from April 2016 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing audit processes and conducting comprehensive risk assessments across the organization. Kral also directed SOX compliance testing and managed a team of auditors. Prior experiences encompass roles at DH Pace, MRIGlobal, Epiq Systems, and Embarq, focusing on creating and executing audit plans and fostering internal audit operations. Kral earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Pittsburg State University.
