Lauren Negrinelli Capm

Lauren Negrinelli, CAPM, CSM, is an experienced project manager currently working at Softheon since March 2021, where responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget, as well as developing comprehensive project plans. Prior to this role, Lauren served as a project coordinator, collaborating with the PMO to prepare action plans and demonstrating strong time management and communication skills. Lauren's previous experience includes positions at Northwell Health as a Food Service Manager and various roles at Brinker International, ranging from Managing Partner to Restaurant Manager. Lauren began a career in customer service as a Sales Associate at The Riding Shop and as an Assistant Manager at Wood Hollow Equestrian Center. Education includes a Bachelor of Applied Science in Equine Science & Management from the State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Morrisville and a Regents Diploma from Bethpage Senior High School.
