Steven Hsieh

Steven Hsieh is a seasoned product manager with extensive experience in the software as a service (SaaS) industry, currently serving as Lead Product Manager at Softheon since July 2017. Steven has successfully led the development and launch of membership management platforms, overseeing multiple product roadmaps and new UI products from conception to deployment. Prior roles at Softheon include Senior Product Manager, Product Manager, and Associate Product Manager, where responsibilities involved managing complex projects, collaborating with clients for enhanced solutions, and mentoring new product managers. Earlier experiences include roles as a Data and Web Development Analyst at RRAMP Lab and Clinical Data Analyst Intern at Good Liver Clinic, showcasing a strong background in data analysis and web development. Steven holds a Master of Science in Applied Health Informatics and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Marine Vertebrate Biology from Stony Brook University.
