Neuza Coelho

Neuza Coelho is a Sourcing & Talent Manager at Softinsa, a subsidiary of IBM, since January 2021, overseeing talent management within a company known for its consultancy and application development services. Prior to this role, Neuza Coelho served as a Trainee in Talent Management, gaining valuable experience in the field. From July 2017 to August 2020, Neuza Coelho was the Regional Coordinator at the Associação Bandeira Azul da Europa, where responsibilities included analysis and monitoring of compliance with program criteria, urgent incident reporting, and participation in environmental education activities.
