Ridhwan Shafi

Ridhwan Shafi is an experienced IT Consultant at SoftINSA since October 2015, specializing in application maintenance for Galp Energia. Previously, Ridhwan held the position of Software Tester at BanifServ, where responsibilities included executing integrated and functional tests, designing tests based on technical and functional requirements, monitoring defects, producing incident reports, and supporting user acceptance testing. Prior to that, Ridhwan worked as a Helpdesk Technician at Grupo ETE from October 2012 to December 2013, focusing on workstation installation and updates, IT support following ITIL practices, and implementing a new communication tool, Microsoft Lync. Ridhwan holds a Licenciatura in Information Systems Management from Escola Superior de Ciências Empresariais and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science and Management at ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa.
