Roksolana Melnychenko

Roksolana Melnychenko is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Softjourn since April 2018. In this role, Roksolana leads the full employee lifecycle for both Ukrainian and international teams, focusing on onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, while also coaching managers to improve leadership skills.
