Claudia Neri

Claudia Neri is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in service management and operations. Currently serving as the IT Service Desk Manager at Softlab tech for the Food and Agriculture Organization since September 2019, Claudia oversees a team of analysts, ensuring service level agreements are met, managing critical situations, and maintaining effective communication with management. Prior to this role, Claudia held various positions at MoneyGram International, including Business Operations Manager and Senior Agent Support Executive, where operational and technical support was provided to a vast agent network. Claudia’s career began at IBM as a Technical Support Agent, offering support to employees across Europe. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Software Engineering from Dublin City University.
