Dhanuka Winter

Dhanuka Winter is a Senior Manager at Softlogic Life, overseeing the Alternate Channel functions related to various underwriting products, including DTAP, Endowment, and unit-linked products, as well as innovative offerings like the "Dollar Saver" and online products. Prior experience includes roles as Manager and Assistant Manager in product development and underwriting, Senior Executive in group life re-insurance and product development, and Executive focusing on re-insurance. Dhanuka also serves as a Visiting Lecturer in Underwriting Management at the University of Kelaniya Sri Lanka. Previous experience at Asian Alliance Insurance culminated in the “Best Employee of the Year Award – Life Operations” in 2016. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of the West of Scotland, a BS in Insurance and Risk Management, an LL.B. in Criminology, and a Diploma in Insurance, complemented by certifications from professional bodies.
