Ezhilarasan Michael

Ezhilarasan Michael serves as the CEO of Softlogic Group since 2008, where the organization specializes in IT-enabled services utilizing Avatar-based technology and offers employment-oriented training programs in software, hardware & networking, and embedded systems. Additionally, Ezhilarasan has held the position of COO at SLS BPO since 2006, overseeing a next-generation outsourcing services company that emphasizes cost efficiency and process excellence, particularly in sales, telemarketing, and customer service. Prior roles include Lead of Prepaid at Reliance Infocomm from 2005 to 2006 and Regional Business Executive at Ozone Ayurvedics from 2004 to 2006.
