Tansi Joshi

Tansi Joshi has a diverse work experience in the field of HR. Tansi started their career as an HR Executive at Axiom BPM Services Pvt Ltd in 2013. Tansi then joined Intech Systems as an HR Executive in 2014, where they were responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and attendance management. In 2016, they moved on to KCS - Krish Compusoft Services as an HR IT Recruiter, focusing on talent hiring and candidate sourcing. Tansi then worked at AMNEX INFOTECHNOLOGIES from 2018 to 2021 as a Senior Associate HR (HR Business Partner), where they played a pivotal role in talent management, recruitment, and grievance handling for the R&D, Product & Technology, and Support functions.
