Thomas Thomaidis, MBA, currently serves as the People Operations & Analytics Manager at SOFTONE since September 2025. Prior experience includes roles as Payroll Manager at Metlen Energy & Metals and Head of Payroll at efood, where responsibilities encompassed managing payroll teams, developing procedures, liaising with auditors, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. With a solid background in payroll and HR operations, Thomas has also held positions at The Adecco Group, Astra Airlines, and various other organizations, showcasing a consistent trajectory in payroll management and HR administration. Thomas holds an MBA from the Athens University of Economics and Business and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki.
