Saad Liaquat Kiani

Saad Liaquat Kiani is a seasoned technology executive, currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at both Thunder - Energy Intelligence Platform and SOFTOO since August and July 2022, respectively. Previously, Kiani held various leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer, Chief Software Architect, and General Manager Product Development at Interactive Group Of Companies from January 2014 to July 2022. Kiani contributed as an Expert Reviewer for the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan from December 2020 to May 2022 and participated in the National Scholarship Management Committee and Innovation Steering Committee roles with the same organization. Academic experience includes positions as Assistant Professor, Postdoctoral Research Associate, and Associate Lecturer at the University of the West of England, among other teaching and research roles. Kiani earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from the University of the West of England, a Master’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Kyung Hee University, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from the National University of Sciences and Technology.
