Bogdan Dzhelmach

Bogdan Dzhelmach has worked in the software development industry for over 8 years. From 2011 to 2013, they were the macOS Software Technical Support at SupportYourApp, specializing in macOS apps and architecting most appropriate tech support solutions. Bogdan was also responsible for product demos and video tutorials, as well as managing support queries from clients.

In 2013, Bogdan joined Softorino as the Chief Executive Officer, leading the team in creating software for macOS and Windows. Bogdan also served as the Chief Marketing Officer and Copywriter & Marketing Manager, where they were responsible for discussing the core message and target audience, brainstorming visual and copy ideas, overseeing the production phase, writing advertising materials, preparing sales letters and articles, and managing social media marketing.

Bogdan Dzhelmach's education history includes a pre-MBA from MIM-Kyiv Business School in Marketing from 2019 to 2020, a Bachelor's degree from the Academy of Advocacy of Ukraine in Language Interpretation and Translation from 2009 to 2013, a Master's degree from European University in Kiev in Management of Innovative Activity from 2013 to 2015, and a high school education from Lincoln Park High School from 2005 to 2007. Additionally, they have certifications from Google in Analytics (2014) and AdWords (2013), and a Certification in First Aid, CPR and AED from the American Red Cross (2011).
