Salina Madan currently serves as the Vice President and Talent Acquisition Leader for IT and Healthcare at Softpath System, LLC, a position held since 2022. Previously, Salina held the role of Talent Acquisition Leader at HCL Technologies for a brief period in 2021 and served as Executive Vice President at Systel from 2014 to 2020. Salina was the Founder and CEO of Catalyst Consulting from 2009 to 2014 and the CEO of Huntwide Consulting from 2002 to 2009. Early career experience includes a role in Strategic Accounts Relations at Citigroup from 2000 to 2002. Salina holds a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Delhi University, completed between 1990 and 1995.
