Alejandra Nadruz

Alejandra Nadruz is an experienced professional in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Diretora de Gente e Cultura at Softplan since January 2023. Alejandra is also the founder of eLab, an open-source lab, since June 2019. Previous roles include Chief Human Resources Officer at Movidesk, Head of People, Culture & Marketing at Agriness, and Manager of Development and Culture at Agibank. Alejandra has a comprehensive background with several leadership positions in human resources, including Diretora de Recursos Humanos at Linx Comm and Gerente de Recursos Humanos at both the Digital Commerce Group and The Body Shop - Grupo L'Oreal. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Strategic Business Management from Universidade de Leon, a Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy from INET, an Executive MBA in Human Resources from Universidad ORT Uruguay, and a law degree from UdelaR.
