Shannon Ashford

Shannon Ashford possesses extensive experience in communications, sales, and media relations. Currently serving as a Sales Representative at SoftPlan Systems Inc. since August 2017, Shannon also holds the position of English Second Language Coordinator at Metro Nashville Public Schools from March 2019. Additionally, Shannon contributes to the Tennessee Titans as a Game-Day Media Relations Assistant. Previous roles include E-Commerce Assistant Manager at Loveless Cafe, Communications and Social Media Manager for Tennessee State Parks and Conservation, and Communications Officer at the Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. An effective communicator and strategist, Shannon has successfully enhanced brand engagement and managed various media relations initiatives. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Communications and participation in the Civic Leadership Masters Program at Lipscomb University.
