Chris Capuano

Chris Capuano is an experienced Lead Human Centered Design Researcher and Product Manager currently working at Softrams and its subsidiary, Job Ring, since June 2022. With a rich background in user experience research and design strategy, Chris has previously held roles as a Design Strategist at the Naval Undersea Warfare Center Newport and Director of Facilitation at NavalX, where collaboration with various stakeholders within the Department of the Navy was key. Chris co-founded and led a team for interactive training product development focused on acoustics and naval operations. Chris also has a diverse education in Mechanical Engineering and Design Thinking, having obtained qualifications from the University of Rhode Island, the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, and the Rhode Island School of Design.
