Drew Johnson

Drew Johnson, CSM, SAFe 6 PO/PM, currently serves as Production Support Lead at Softrams since June 2023. Prior roles include Production Support Lead Analyst at MindFinders, Inc. from April 2019 to June 2023, where Drew provided 24x7 support for a B2B system serving the Federal Government, managing an average of 5.2 million transactions daily. Drew also held positions as Help Desk Lead Analyst, developing technical manuals and conducting user acceptance testing at General Dynamics Information Technology, and demonstrated strong customer service skills as Support Team Lead and Help Desk CSR at Maricom Systems. Education was received at Florida Community College of Jacksonville from 2000 to 2001.
